Scholarships

Joe Barshinger Ag Scholarship

Established in memory of Joe Barshinger, this $2,000 scholarship is earmarked for an Indian Creek High School graduating senior planning to attend a community college, university, or trade school and study agriculture. Student must be a member of FFA or 4-H Club. GPA requirement – 2.5 or greater.

James M. Johnson Ag Scholarship

The Johnson family established this scholarship in memory of James, farmer and veteran, in 2024. This scholarship is for a graduating High School senior within DeKalb County, who must also be a member of the FFA or a 4-H Club. One $1,000 scholarship will be awarded to a student who plans to study agriculture or the trades.

Senior Scholarship

The Senior Scholarship recognizes students for their academic performance, school activities, leadership, and community service. The $1,200 scholarship is available to high school seniors pursuing college degrees in any field of interest. Up to ten scholarships will be awarded.
